- Examining and calculating pension and duty rights and issuing rulings and carrying out procedures related to the approval of issued rulings and conducting correspondence
Related to fixing defects and sending files and documents
- Examining cases related to the termination and increase of pension and duty pay
- Determining the length of service of disabled, retired and working employees in case of death in order to establish duty rights

Duties and responsibilities
Staff affairs and welfare
- Determining the amount of pension and duty based on regulations
- Continuous communication with social security organization, insurance company and related organizations
- Receiving the annual employee insurance contract
- Carrying out welfare and treatment of employees
- Follow-up of contracts with insurance companies and strict implementation of insurance contracts
- Implementation of asking for opinions from employees regarding the insurance and welfare services provided
- Get a list of information about all insured persons
- Cooperation in the preparation and regulation of life and accident contracts and other medical service contracts -
- Paying employees' insurance premiums as soon as possible and issuing and replacing medical records
- Preparation and proposal of welfare and incentive items in order to increase the productivity of employees
